We accept cash, credit or debit at the time of service. We offer Care Credit as a means of financing. We can also make personal financial arrangements.

Dr.Sulak has a full-time insurance specialist on staff who handles all aspects of our patients' dental insurance requirements. This includes communicating with insurance companies, tracking benefits, completing pre-authorizations and billing. This is all done electronically as a courtesy to the patient.

24 hour notice of cancellation is appreciated but there are no penalties for missed appointments. We will always reschedule at a time convenient for the patient.

The goal of our office is to serve the dental needs of our patients and to accommodate their schedules to the best of our ability. Dr. Sulak is a member of an "on call" group that prodives 24-hour, 7-day-a-week availability for emergency dental care.
