John L. Sulak, DDS, FACD
Dr. Sulak attended California State University, Stanislaus as an undergraduate, then studied at Northwestern University where he received his DDS (Doctor of Dental Surgery). In 1991 he began practicing family dentistry in Modesto. He is a Fellow in the American College of Dentistry (FACD) which is a rare credential given to those with a high level and experience in the field of dentistry.
In addition to his practice, Dr. Sulak is an active member and past president of the Stanislaus Dental Society, is an active member and served on the Board of Directors as Trustee for the California Dental Association, American Dental Association, and many local organizations
Dr. Sulak is a member of the Input Study Club, a local dental organization comprised of general dentists and dental specialists. This organization meets monthly to study the latest techniques in dentistry and provides a forum for general dentists to share ideas with each other and dental specialists.
Dr. Sulak was born and raised in Modesto and is a graduate of Beyer High School. Away from work, he enjoys camping, fishing, skiing, and cycling. He is married to Dr. Crystal Sulak. She is also a practicing general dentist in Modesto. They have a son, Aidan.
